Die Motivation liegt darin begr\u00fcndet, dass einerseits die Verf\u00fcgbarkeit von Komponenten des alten GSM-R stets schwieriger wird und GSM-R absehbar dem Ende seiner wirtschaftlichen Nutzungsdauer entgegengeht.
